<p>Like the family you describe, for me, there were the Farleys, Don and Briggette and daughters (2) living near Roosevelt Roads Naval Base. They fed us to the back teeth then took us to the base bowling alley. He was a missionary to P.R. from an organization in Pennsylvania. </p>
<p>I remember that when we thanked him for the memorable day he laughed and said something about needing to thank us. If my memory serves, he didn't have exactly the warm feelings you might expect of a pastor for his native flock and weeknights and weekend days including holidays with fellow Americans was encouraging to him.</p>
