on the day after Christmas, 198- to muster with uncle ronnie's yacht club it was +68°. When the white & silver bird landed at o'hare they said it was -40°. They exaggerated. It was only -28° but that was still a long ways from +68°.

We got about 4-5” of snow from Saturday afternoon into the evening. Dealt with it yesterday morning.

just a few days ago I was contemplating going fishing and even possibly getting my feet wet but the gouty left trotter balked at the idea.

the online weather folk threatened 11°f. so I'm happy with 8° warmer.....
