(reply) Money is put in your paypal account and you can link a bank account and transfer money from your PP account into you bank account. Or make purchases or buy from people and use money in your pp account.

Paypal stirred up a lot of sh!t a few years ago when they changed their user agreement to include fining users for social media posts the company didn't like. Why I closed mine, a little too communist/big brother for my taste.
