Was in a local shop Saturday and they had a RCBS Summit press mounted for demo's, played with it a bit, WOW, what a beast of a press but at the same time a very small foot print. Zero bench edge over hang, unlike my Rock Chucker that needs a one inch spacer screwed to the edge of my bench to allow clearance for the bottom linkage and handle nut to clear the bench frame. I like the heavy 2x4 build of my bench, top to frame face is flush, but it doesn't allow enough room for the Chuckers operation.

I blame the following on TomC.......he texts me tonite saying Bass Pro has the Summit on a really good price plus free to store shipping. Cheapest price I could find anywhere, heck Midway just raised their price up $50 Friday night, January price increases taking effect??? Then Bass Pro ups the ante and offers $10 off if I sign up for text messaging for sales etc along with free shipping to my home!! OK how can I not buy it now, so I did, be here Wednesday!!!!!!!!!
