Time to scout new Deer hunting country

Deer season is only a month away so my son and I went out early this morning scounting a new ,to us, Mountain that we have been looking at for several years now. We had to find away up it as it is steep and very cliffy and we wanted to give her a go this season, and as it is very close to another that we hunt wanted to be able to use it as a back up plan should someone else beat us to the other spot. I snapped this photo as we were getting close to the top but not quite out of the timber and got another one as we made the summit. Here's one I took of Mike and another he took of me up on top. Itis very good looking country and I am sure we will get a buck or two off there should we be able to get up there during season. Here's one more of the country just to help you guys out that are burning up in all that heat down south. Enjoy .Dennis
