Indeed I am. A little birdy told me folks were concerned for me. So I figured I ought tell you what's going on.

Most appreciated.

I was in rough rough shape last month. Hypertension run rampant, pneumonia, sinusitis, and GERD. And never just one at a time. 1 night in the hospital, 10 trips to my Dr or the Urgent Care, etc.

Coupled with the depression/anxiety which is pretty much a constant in my life.

I have so many follow-ups I've had to write them on a calendar. I'm still feeling pretty weak, and my appetite has never really returned. My sleep cycles are wonky again. However, I'm back at work, taking medication for all of this. and functioning mostly normally.

In my personal life, my shooting is pretty much 100% suppressed .22s. My pets: CZ 457 Scout with a Sig Romeo on it; a Ruger Mk II cut to 3 1/2" and the front sight relocated to the receiver ring; A Smith SW22 Victory cut to 4 1/2" and fitted with a Swampfox green dot sight;

The latest project is a Keystone Chipmunk pistol, cut from 10" to 4 1/2", threaded, and fitted with an older Sig dot sight. The Chipmunk/Crickett series are kinda crude, and the ergonomics are awful. But it's a 4 1/2" bolt action where the gas can only go out the muzzle, and it's crazy quiet.

Got 4 cans.

Anywayhow, I really really appreciate the outpouring of concern shown me here.
