Casting Today (reply)

Looking good Jim. I just took inventory the other day, and I've got a lot of catching up to do. I generally cast about 20 lbs from a mold, then refill and start over with the next mold, and so on. I think a lot of us do it that way. I use scrap alloys, so each batch is kind of unique, even when they fall with consistent BHN. If I were doing anything specialized, I'd be a lot more strict about alloys.
