<p>My CDO tells me you can fit even more in there if you lay them in straight instead of dumping them in randomly...</p>

<p>So THAT'S how much 500 rounds of 44 SPL weighs! No wonder the Rogue was riding with its nose to the sky last June. Between grandkids, luggage and ammo we were loaded to the gills!!</p>

<p>The empty ammo can weighs 3.5 pounds.</p>
<p>There are 500 rounds of .44 Special in this can + or - 10 rounds.</p>
