A couple years ago I bought a S&W Model 10 that had no barrel. It was a Police gun from Malaysia that had been re-imported into the U.S. without a barrel. J&G Sales is still selling them. I gathered up all the parts and pieces needed and put it together.

When I bought it:

Part and pieces included a barrel, ejector rod, spring, spring detent

I did some touch-up cold blueing to it and got a new set of grips and a Tyler-T grip adapter.

It shoots pretty well. I got the barre on fairly straight.
