I get a lot of pleasure watching ours work the back yard. We've got three pecan trees. Not unusual to see 4-5 at a time working the trees. Watching mine work for a position to attack one on the ground is something else. Other times, it's like play time. I've watched him go up the tree after one for sitting on a limb barking trash talk to him.

Felines are fascinating creatures... (reply)

we've not had one since we left NE Brazil sometime in the last century. There are, however, several that live around the park in front of our house. The canines keep them humble during the day, but they seem to rule the night.
