Thankful you weren't in the path. Storm debris from a tornado can travel much farther than some realize. The town of Paris, Texas is about 55 miles from my neck of the woods here in Oklahoma. Back around 1980 they had a bad one. We were finding letters and photos in our pastures for sometime afterwards.

EF 2 tornado came through Lebanon night before last. No damage around our place, but the debris fan from that thing is unbelievable. I spent yesterday picking up pieces of Donelson and Mt. Juliet out of the yard and fields around the house. Insulation, roofing, even a couple small pieces of OSB. And we are a good six miles north of the storm track.
