when owner passed, one relative made a terrible go of it and about ruined it. Another stepped in and took over all and swiftly got things squared away. Bad times were from last summer as old owner let things slip before passing, into last spring when latest owner stepped in and spent several months getting year old + backorders out. I was one of those who waited from Sept'10 until May/June '11 for two orders. But received them swiftly after the change over. Any delays after changeover were strictly due to batch processing of polished versus black etc.
