I've had CHF for a number of years now. When I followed my doctors instructions, changed my diet for the condition, I lost 20 pounds Food is lot more bland now and exercise is good. I lead a normal life.

sent.....I would encourage you to get your doctor's help with getting her into cardiac rehab. Exercise and a heart healthy diet will do wonders in turning things around whether it is meds or actual congestive heart failure. This stuff is serious and nothing to take lightly. The good news is...it is amazing what the right diet and exercise can do for the human body.

With one of her meds causing fluid retention OR CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. We pray that it is the medicine but her brother and father both had it. We go back to the doctor tomorrow to talk further and see if taking her off that med and upping her diuretic helped.
