Planning to be there, drive up Sat. morning, back Sat night. As long as I get my truck running. Running errands yesterday had cruise on and it lost all power for a second then everything normal. Made a stop and when I came out and tried to start truck all it did was turn over, but started when I depressed the gas pedal. Drove straight to AutoZone a couple of blocks away. There diagnostic reader said bad cam position sensor, but not which side. AZ guy said since I came in so quick that computer might not have enough data yet that I should drive it a little more and stop back in for another diagnostic. Drove straight home and parked it. I figure I will replace both, if one is out the other might not be far behind. AZ wanted $80 for one side $101 for the other, all the local parts stores, (NAPA, Reiley) about the same price. Checked online, bought pair for $29.99 + 4.95 ship. Have old sensor hold down bolts out, ready to pull and plug in new when parts arrive.
