Here are instructions on a DIY light box (reply)

I built one that was decent. Should have gone a little better on lights. With the LED stuff out there now I could have done better.

EDC blade version 2.......

While I liked the overall feel of the EDC blade, the knife looked unbalanced, even on the second one with the slimmed down scales so I ground down the tang and added a thumb ramp, looks much better now.....

1095 HC steel, flat grind with Desert Ironwood and nickel silver pins.

1095 HC steel, hollow ground with Desert Ironwood and brass pins. Ignore the weird reflection on the blade, siding on the house, pain in the butt taking pictures of polished blade even when cloudy.

The first one was ground fairly thin on the edge while the second one was left fat with a tall edge and thin hollow behind it, both are sharp, funny thing is the tall/fat cuts easier which tells me I need a touch more work on the edge of the first one, though both will cut off your finger before you feel it.

One of these weekends I need to work on a photo booth setup so I can get better quality pictures, both of these knives look so much better in person than the pictures show.
