<title>enjoying the spoils of a successful hunt</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just had a seared aged venison roast sliced down thin and served open faced with sauteed mushrooms and onions with brown gravy over sliced bread. Makes the hours in the field worth while. My dachshund Gorgie  acted as quality control and sampled everything and gave it the green light to serve.  Sorry no pics.  J.Michael</p>
