the Single Action 45 forum, that became Sixgunner.com (the old version like this...before it was purchased by Crosby....which eventually led to this forum), there was a poster named Monte. He was from Anchorage IIRC, and was always badmouthing Freedom Arms and going on about how Ruger was fitted and finished better, etc. He was known for posting pictures of his Ruger SA's with jeweled hammers and triggers just like that.

As for the barrel length.. (reply)

One of the St. Louis gun show regulars had a Bisley .357 that had a 4 5/8" barrel. He had an invoice from Ruger itemizing the work to remove the 7.5 and install that barrel, but they wouldn't do another one for him.

someone's idea of what their personal bisley should look like. No factory jewel hammers or triggers from Ruger (not that I have ever read about), stainless or in the white bisley grip frame and whack the barrel off to ERH length. I have done several customs that have a few similar features but no way on earth it is factory.
