FS: 1957 vintage Marlin 39A in 22 LR. This has a 24" barrel and will chamber 22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle. Bore is good, bluing is good, wood is good except for one scratch near the front sling swivel stud. Both swivels are missing. Butt plate is Marlin marked and in good shape. Gun has scope mount installed in factory D&T holes, in fact the gun was factory D&T for top scope mount, side scope mount, and receiver sight. Action is tight, lock up is tight and front sight barrel hood is included. Not much more to say other than this is just a very nice example of a nice Marlin 39A. S/N is P8894, which puts its manufacture date around 1957.
