Update on Emanuel

Hey guys, just got in from Bogotá. A looong ride yesterday and today again, up and back. Took a new route, rained on me both days. THAT really puts stress on a bike ride. But I digress.

Once I got back, gave Luis a call. He sounded MUCH better than when he phoned me Sunday night. It's got to be tough having your kid end up in the hospital that way.

Emanuel's doing much better, still a lot of swelling but he's responsive and when he's awake he talks with them.

Thanks to all for lifting this little guy up. He's my favorite mechanic (he helps his dad in the shop after school) and we're glad he's going to be OK.
