Me too, John. Always thought that was a majorly cool rifle, especially the police version with the extended magazine.

The overall condition was pretty good. Couple that with the sight set, presumably 'vintage' sling and extra mag made it very attractive. Apparently I wasn't the only one watching it.

Oh well. A fella can't own them all! (He can try though. )

Looks like a pretty good one. The extra mag and peep are a bonus. I've not seen that type of front sight on one of those before!

Frustration. Nice looking 1907 and two mags, but it would just complicate your reloading process.

I watched this rifle go through 7 auction cycles with zero bids while I tried to talk myself into it. I bid on the 8th cycle and was outbid at the end. Oh well. You win some, you lose some.
