Very nice pistol and yes I did enjoy the video.

Try an arched mainspring housing, Lynn. You may still need a sight adjustment, but an arched MSH will get some weight off your middle finger and make the pistol point higher, when held naturally in your hand.

Back several years ago I obtained a Remington R1 Enhanced with factory threaded barrel and tall suppressor sights. Expected some issues but there were none. It has seen a lot of 230gr TC bullets since.

I purchased this from a friend. He fired 100 rounds of Remington 230 ball for function & used it for a carry gun. I'm not a 1911 guy having owned only one years ago which I put maybe 500 rounds through so I'm basically a beginner with these.

Anyway took it out yesterday & put the 72 rounds through it. First impressions, it shoots a little high unless held very firmly & it made my trigger finger a little sore. I did like the 3 dot sights better than I thought I would. The trigger is fine except for a very minute creep. I had two failures to completely chamber the last round.

I plan to shoot this little gun through the winter & see if I don't warm up to it. Hope you enjoy the video.
