<title>Not a brushed finish, but a bead blasted finish.... (reply)</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have one just like it and it is one of my favorite guns, along with its counterpart in 45 Colt.  It is a great outdoors gun here in black bear country.  My usual load is a 250 grain SWC with 10 grains of Unique.....</p>

<title>One of the best... (reply)</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have one of them and it is my favorite handgun.  It will shoot with the best of them and is not too much to carry all day.  I even use mine for concealed carry sometimes.  Some needed a bit of help when new because quality control was not great back then, but have not seen one that needed more than just minor work.</p>

<title>Came across a neat one today...</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>1989 vintage S&amp;W 629-2, 44 mag, &quot;Mountain&quot; revolver, 4&quot; barrel, brushed stainless finish with original box.  This was the original mountain gun, before they were named mountain guns.  Cool little gun!</p>
