I had a friend visit last fall (still warm) and we shot his approx. 200 Rds.

Shot like a dream.

Ball, HP, SWC, (185 Gr to 230 Gr.)

Zero hiccups.

Now his EDC

I was really impressed.

I had a Rock Island that shot as well as my early Kimber. Only reason I don't have it now was a good friend needed a carry piece and it worked for him, too. You can't beat a Rock Island 1911 for the money.

Have one new in the box, unfired, unaltered, I'd like to sell. Purchased & then a used Remington came my way so letting this one go. All paper work & extra magazine. There's a small mark on the grip safety from the hammer spur touching when cocked. It's been dry fired a couple hundred times, the trigger is excellent. $425.00 shipped.
