<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you. I needed to bend the leaf up a few degrees, on that sight you sent me. Usually heating them to a dark red first insures they won't snap... patient did not survive the procedure<img src="https://sixshootercommunity.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.png" alt=":-(" />  But I was able to salvage the dovetail base off it, which is perfect for rifles like mine with the larger cuts. I've got a retro-66 sight project in mind for it.</p>

<title>The Rossi/Puma 92 Sight Modification</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally done, here's a few pics of the finished product on my 45 Colt. For me at least, this sight picture is perfect for ether fast or precise shooting.</p>
<p>Doug, thank you. I could not get that sight leaf to work but the dovetail is perfect and it's going on an old Winchester carbine ladder sight I have around here somewhere. </p>
