FS: 5" barrel S&W 3rd Model Hand Ejector, 44 special. The gun is nickel plated. Since the hammer and trigger are also nickel plated, which is not how original nickel S&Ws were (they were CCH), I assume it has been re-nickeled at some point in its past. Whoever did the work did a nice job as the markings are still nice and crisp. They aren't washed out from over polishing. Bore is good, timing is good, lock up is tight. Grips are original, and numbered, to the gun and have the initials VM carved in the butt of one of the panels, as seen in pictures. No box or papers.
