Gee Rob, if you want one like that you got to start with one like that is for sale! I will even watch for a model 25 barrel for you! Or you can snag the model 28 barrel when it gets back from reboring to 41 and a light barrel fixed sight fighting gun. Or here is another option for you. I have a python 6" barrel for sale that is 41caliber if you want to go fancy barreled. See, we have options!

Too bad the powers that be at S&W can't see their way clear to make a .45LC and .44spl on this HB N-Frame platform. I'd buy a .45LC if they offered it.

I bought this with the intent of making it into a slender barreled fixed sighted packing pistol but have decided to let it go instead. I even have already sent off a model 28 barrel to get it rebored to 41 but decided that there are enough projects in the works without this one getting started. The gun comes with a set of S&W smooth target stocks which obviously are not issue for the gun. Normal blue wear and finish marks for a gun of this age. The shipped price is $815 and one of you guys can do a couple of payments if you have any interest. If you buy it, you can also have the rebored model 28 barrel for just what I have in it if you want. If you have any questions just shoot me an email kingspumping at gmail dot com.
