I used my .375 H&H Mdl. 70 on several African hunts, and on one bear. It is truly one of the great cartridges. I sold it a few years ago when I quit using rifles. Shame on me.

I have great fun with Ruger's version, none of the feelings of nostalgia, but all of the fun.

I finally got around to loading them...I don't own a .275 H&H at the moment but the shoot great in my old beater 1817 Enfield in .357 WBY. I even loaded them with my WBY dies...
