<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cube it. Cook quickly in a hot skillet, preferably in bacon drippings, with salt and pepper to taste, toss in some diced onion, serve over white rice or with potatoes (mashed or cubed and boiled or baked).  Don't over cook it, or the onions either.</p>
