She is up and about today and we went to Sam's Club just to buy a large bag of peanut M&M's. Ended up buying alot more but the chocolate is covered.

Such a simple little word, but such earth shattering effect when one hears it directed at them or a loved one.

Lumpectomy. Surgeon took the main lymph node and no cancer cells were evident. They did a new procedure for radiation at time or surgery directly to the open wound. If all samples come back negative next week she will require no further treatment except having hormones turned off by medication. Was a really tough day for her and me. When her lady surgeon came into the waiting room with a smile on her face I knew it went well. Now we wait for the final results. We are told at this point it us 90% in our favor.
