None. Just paper tune your arrows when you get them assembled, just like you would any arrow. I recommend the NOCKTURNAL brand. (Mainly because I got a few for free)
Seriously though, the "pros" at my archery club have tried them all and seem to prefer this brand.

From my limited experience, the lighted nocks have no effect on arrow flight out to 40 yards-the farthest I have shot with them.

After not hunting archery for a few years since I was injured I went out this year and performed poorly. I bought a new bow and I am switching to Carbon arrows.My Question is about the KNOCKS .I am looking at the new knocks that light up when fired. I lost a lot of Eyesight the lasy 10 years and This would be NEEDED for me. I was wondering if anyone can tell me the efects on shot placement and arrow flight?
Should I buy these knocks?? I won,t see the arrow in flight without them. J.Michael
