FS: Colt New Frontier SAA, 44-40, 4 3/4" bbl

FS: 3rd Generation, early 80's vintage, Colt New Frontier SAA revolver in 44-40 with the scarcer 4 3/4" barrel. There weren't too many of these made, so these are getting harder to find. According to Wilkerson, there were only ~519 of these made. Very good condition overall, does show a little bit of freckling on the backstrap and there is one dent/notch in the toe of the left grip panel, as seen in picture. Bore is excellent, timing is good, lock up is tight.

Will make for a great shootin' sixgun as is, or can easily be sent in to Colt for fitting of a 44 Special cylinder.

Asking $1250, shipped/insured, to your FFL.
