There has ever been a more serious attack on our rights than what we are facing right now. The Democratic Party (AKA Socialist or Communist)has pulled all of the stops, in every state they have a majority at the state level, they are pushing forward with these types of legislation initiatives. Unless the "people" pull their collective heads out, I am thinking I may be an outlaw. We cannot afford to sit back, and we cannot afford to think someone else is going to save us. The Supreme Court has been favorable the last two cases, but after the ruling on Obamacare, I damn sure am not going to rely upon them to snuff this effort to disarm America.

killing occurs & a 30 round mag is used, they will blame the neighboring state for "allowing" these mags to exist. Much like NYC blames Virginia's Gun shows for their crime...

Yes, only the House so far but the Senate and Governor are also Democrat and all the bills are expected to be passed and signed.

It's time for major gun makers and ammuntion companies to send the word.

Larry Potterfield of Midway U.S.A. notified states who banned hi-caps and assault weapons, it was too complicated for him to keep up. Therefore, he would no longer sell any banned items to be shipped into their state, period. Not to the state, nor LEO agencys.

I hope this is true and many more follow suit. After all, who bought more firearms and ammuntion in any given state last year? Citizens or agency's?
