a few friends as gifts. That's the best we have to work within the system especially when coupled with personalized contact with elected representatives. However, a lot of gun people have numerous reasons to not be a member of the NRA - that makes no sense to me.

You are us, we are all US. OUR liberties are in very real sense being attacked by our own government. When they attack you they attack me. We either fight together or go down piece meal.

Your post indicated that when they attack you you want them to attack me just as much. I think that was the basis for any post admonishing you for the original post. A fighting unit does not do or say such things, and we have to become a unit of people who will use the system to fight the usurpation of our God given rights tooth and nail.

You are right in that it is easy to say. I am afraid we will see who will roll over and who will stand pretty soon. Especially with the elected ones who want to remain wallowing in the gravy. Impeaching the tyrant seems like a good idea right about now. What a disgrace he is. I hope he chokes on some cornbread.

That had it not been for the delegates from New York, Massachusetts, and Virginia,at the Constituitional Convention, insisting on the right of individuals to possess firearms without restriction, the Second Amendment probably would have not been written in to our Constitution.

Why exactly should other people have to suffer. I would rather think you should hope for the opposite. I do understand the frustration, but wishing ill for other citizens because you have had an ill imposed upon you by the government is a pretty unfortunate thing to read. We need to stick together, now more than ever. This tyrant has no respect for the constitution, no regard or respect for the citizens of this country, and 4 more years to do as much damage to the US as he can. And he will too. Time to hang together or hang separately.

All my family is here and I love where I live. Can't ask for better fishing with Lake Ontario and the finger lakes in my area. The hunting is awesome. We have tons of deer,turkeys,waterfowl etc. everything I like to hunt. We have the adirondacks,Catskills,and the Finger Lakes. Can't ask for anything more. So I won't be going anywhere. I'm not letting anything run me out. Plus this is my home. But what does suck is we have NYC. I wish it and Long Island could be seperated from the rest of the state. Long Island is just as bad as the city. Basically a spill over from the city. Sad because it is also really beautiful and a neat area.

My only hope is the same thing happens nationally so it might get fought better. We have SCOPE trying to do there best but I'm not sure how much the NRA has ever done in our state in recent years. I think we were written off years ago.

I hate to say it but I hope they adopt the same laws nationally. If I have to suffer everyone else in the nation should!!!!! We have some real retards running our state. NYC should just become its seperate state. Glad I sold my AR several years ago.
